Returns And Repairs

Sylka Jewellery will exchange or refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, personalised/engraved items and earrings cannot be refunded unless faulty.

In order for us to process an exchange or refund, your return must include a note of ALL DETAILS BELOW so we are able to identify your return quickly and efficiently. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. 

Please note: Original and return delivery costs will be refunded on faulty items only. 

 To return: 

  1. Write a note of your name, contact number, order number, and reason for return. If you would like it to be made bigger/smaller or to swap for another existing size or item please mention this.
  2. Enclose completed note with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. You are responsible of booking your own courier service and please ensure you receive proof of postage.  

MADE TO MEASURE
We offer a made to measure service. If you require any item(s) to be made bigger/smaller or if you have any special requests, please email us on: hello@sylkajewellery.com (PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM US)

REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 7 days of the date of we receive returned item(s). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. 

EXCHANGES 
Subject to stock availability we will exchange and send eligible items within 10 days of receiving returned item(s).  

FAULTY ITEMS 
In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty, please inform us immediately and send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault and your order number to hello@sylkajewellery.com (PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM US)

REPAIRS 
Any items needing repaired to accidental breakage/damage can be repaired for a small fee. Please email us a clear image of the item with an explanation of the damage/breakage and your order number to: hello@sylkajewellery.com.
